I completed my yoga teacher training in 2021 and have been teaching since then. In 2022, I discovered Ashtanga Yoga, which has since become the foundation of my daily practice. In 2024, I traveled to India to study with Saraswati, an experience that profoundly deepened my path. For the past year, I have been studying and practicing daily under the guidance of Adam Keen.
