DAKINI CUISINE · CONSCIOUS COOKINGTHE KITCHEN
Cooking as an extension of practice
My cooking is an extension of my yoga practice, rooted in presence, awareness, and care. Through Main Ingredient is Love, I offer Dakini Cuisine as a service that can be booked for retreats and gatherings.
Each menu is intuitive and alive, shaped by season, place, and the energy of the group. The kitchen is part of the practice itself — food prepared with attention, respect, and deep listening to what is needed.
SINCE2008 | Cooking for retreats
"This is nourishment that supports the whole experience: grounding, opening, and bringing people back into connection with themselves."

About me
Dakini is a yoga teacher, retreat leader, and lifelong student of the inner journey. Rooted in the wild mountains of Cazorla, Andalusia, she shares yoga as a way of remembering who we truly are beneath the noise, expectations, and roles we carry. Her teachings weave together movement, breath, meditation, nature, and the wisdom gathered through a life of transformation. More than a practice, she offers a space to slow down, soften, and return to what is essential—presence, authenticity, and connection. Her invitation is simple: come home to yourself.

Private
Private Classes are tailored one-to-one sessions designed to meet you exactly where you are in your practice.
I offer Ashtanga Yoga, with an introduction to the method and the foundations of the Primary Series, Vinyasa Yoga as fluid breath-led movement adapted to your level and intention, and Yin Yoga as a slow and deep practice supporting release and nervous system balance.
Sessions typically last between 60 and 90 minutes and may include asana, breathwork, alignment, and technique. Each class is adapted to your body, your rhythm, and your needs, supporting you in building a safe, sustainable, and embodied practice.

Online
Online classes offer a way to stay connected to your practice wherever you are, with direct guidance and support.
The practice is accessible and steady, supporting consistency, awareness, and depth over time through breath, movement, and mindful guidance.
Sessions are live and interactive, usually 60 to 75 minutes, with space for questions, adjustments, and individual guidance.
